Though she may not be a Florida native, her husband was born and raised right here in Jacksonville and has lived here all his life. As a first time homebuyer, just thinking about all the steps that my Wife and I would have to take on the road to homeownership was overwhelming. Gretchen helped ease those worries. She truly listened to all the wants/needs that my Wife and I hoped for. Due to a rental contract ending we were in an extreme time crunch. Gretchen worked tirelessly to find us the house of our dreams within our set budget. From financing to closing, she helped us navigate through unfamiliar territory.
