Gretchen has been in North East Florida for 7 years. For most of her life, she has had the chance to live in many different places. She has been lucky enough to be able to explore this country and realized soon after moving to North East Florida that this was the place that she wanted to stay. Though she may not be a Florida native, her husband was born and raised right here in Jacksonville and has lived here all his life. As a first time homebuyer, just thinking about all the steps that my Wife and I would have to take on the road to homeownership was overwhelming. Gretchen helped ease those worries. She truly listened to all the wants/needs that my Wife and I hoped for. Due to a rental contract ending we were in an extreme time crunch. Gretchen worked tirelessly to find us the house of our dreams within our set budget. From financing to closing, she helped us navigate through unfamiliar territory.
