Gretchen was incredibly attentive to our needs; she was able to help us navigate the ins-and-outs of utilizing a VA loan to find the perfect home for us, not only to live in but also as an investment. Gretchen is absolutely hands down the BEST realtor to work with. I’ve worked with other realtors in the past for both selling and purchasing, and there are reasons why I didn’t use them more than once...Gretchen is knowledgeable and has a great personality. She showed me a few homes that I was interested in throughout Fairfield County and was able to give me all the factors (that previous realtors didn't disclose) when it came to listing my current home. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future! Don’t waste your time with anyone else-call Gretchen when you’re ready to make your move you won’t regret it.
