I was relocating to North SD county from the San Francisco Bay Area and a good friend recommended Gretchen based on having worked with her in the past. I am so grateful for the recommendation!

I was looking from outside the area, so efficiency was very important. Based on my list of likes, dislikes, and must haves, Gretchen showed me a wide range of houses that helped me really decide what was right for me and what met my needs within my budget. I was able to find my new home in one trip.

Gretchen Mitchell, our realtor at Coldwell Banker, was on top of the real estate market and changes that were happening as our sale was just before the pandemic caused everyone to stay home. She reassured us and kept us calm. She is very knowledgeable about the market and gave us comps which helped us price our house appropriately. We have had two wonderful experiences with Gretchen. She helped us purchase a condo five years ago and recently we were able to sell the condo with Gretchen"s help. As we live out of state, we relied on Gretchen to orchestrate the painters, handyman, carpet layers and cleaning crew to get the condo ready for sale.
