Over the past 15 years, Gretchen assisted Patsios Homes and many other clients with everything from conceptual ideas, finish selections, marketing, negotiating, and closing the deal. During the finish selection process, she knows that her efforts are going to be felt in the hearts of every buyer that walks through the home. She is going to see it reflected in everything from the marketing process, negotiations, to the final closing statement. Eight of these were personal residences. She understands the stress, the effort, and the cost. She has been through three recessions.
