About Gretchen

Gretchen has 30+ years in the real estate services including property management. She is the President and CEO of Pearson Property Management, Inc. which manages over 1800 units throughout the Bay Area, Sacramento and Central Valley. Additionally, she is President and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties with 45 full service real estate offices throughout Northern California and Nevada. Yearly, Drysdale Properties Community Foundation assists local non-profit organizations with funds to assist their important efforts.

Gretchen was honored with the 2016 Most Influential Business woman award. The National Association of Realtors Top 40 Under 40 and Entrepreneur of the Year. Gretchen’s Real Estate Company, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties was ranked 12th in the nation of all Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate companies and top 5 of woman owned businesses.
Gretchen lives in the East Bay with her husband Dan who is the CFO of the companies and has three children who are successful in their own rights. Kelly has received a masters in Oceanography and is currently working on her PhD at the University of Hawaii. Lucille graduated from Northwestern and is a manager for EPIC, a recognized leader in the health care software business. Joseph is currently attending the University of Wisconsin graduate program in Veterinary Sciences.
