I am just SO happy and so very satisfied with working with Gretchen and her team. Our company has worked with a lot of other real estate agents, but Gretchen was the ONLY ONE who was always there to take our calls and return our emails and keep us updated on the progress of our listings. And SHE....MADE IT HAPPEN! She sold ALL our investment properties within a matter of months. And she kept working from start to finish. After the contract to buy was signed, before closing, she made sure everything was finalized and ready for our signatures. No surprises. Gretchen, you did what all the others couldn't or wouldn't do.
