Gretza searched high and low for a home with a pool and fenced yard with at least 3 bedrooms. We were coming from across the country and not able to see it in person. She did videos for us and she was our eyes (and nose) and found us one that has turned into the perfect place. Very happy.

Gretza Roman is who you want in your corner. From start to finish. I’ve bought several houses. And refinanced multiple times. Each time I did those things, before I worked with Gretza, it was always a living nightmare. I had to do most of the work to get them finalized. But, when I worked with Gretza, be it buying, selling or refinancing, I had a tiger in my corner. She doesn’t miss a step, she finds what you need well before you realize you needed it. I’ve done two home sales, two home purchases and two refinancing occasions. I have never been happier dealing with a real estate agent, loan officer and market savvy person. What I loved about Gretza being our real estate agent is, she really looks out for your best interest. If something is not right she’ll bring it up to you, she’ll give you her input on the best course of action to take. She made us feel like family and that was very important to us. My experience with Gretza Roman has been above and beyond her duties. As a Realtor, she tries hard to find you the best property out there for you and family, even in this high economy. Gretza is one realtor that helps veterans finding homes and save them a great deal of money under this particular program.

Gretza does her research first and ask the right questions to save you time and money. Once she understands clearly what is your need, she goes for the hunt, identifies the properties based on your budget, shares this information with you and guide you through the entire process. She can help you with the loan as well because Gretza is a certified Loan Officer in the state of Florida, so don't look for anyone else. You really don't need to.

Gretza Roman found homes for all my military friends and I am very pleased with her work, dedication, and service and I recommend her to find your property and do your loan application as well.

It was a pleasure working with Gretza Roman. She helped me buy my condo in 2017 and helped in selling my condo in 2020 at an increased price from the original listing. She was very professional, patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. When I bought my home she keep showing me homes until I found the perfect one. And even though we were in the height of the pandemic I still managed to sell my home in less than a month, thanks to her perseverance and dedication. She was also able to get me money back for serving in the Military, 5 stars all the way
