Griffin Loomis

Griffin is a licensed Associate Broker who specializes in all markets throughout Maine. Being born and raised in the family real estate business, Griffin has had constant exposure to Maine’s residential market throughout adolescence and his young adulthood. Griffin is a recent graduate of Bentley University in Boston, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Minor in Law, as well as a Master of Science in Finance.

In addition to assisting buyers and sellers throughout Maine, Griffin has worked as a Commercial Real Estate Asset Management Analyst with Winthrop Capital, based out of Boston, where he was responsible for managing multi-billion dollar debt funds for a large real estate investment firm and their debt investment vehicles, including first mortgage loans, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, real estate debt and equity securities, and other varied sophisticated credit investments for all asset classes across the US.

From a young age, Griffin has had a passion for all aspects of Real Estate and strives to provide his clients with an educated and knowledgeable service. He is captivated by the intellectual challenge, pace, depth, and game theory style thought process that is essential to succeed in the Real Estate industry. With connections across the US, Griffin is able to leverage his knowledge of the Maine Real Estate market and relationships with investors, brokers, developers, and attorneys.
