In 2008 she joined Northern Funding,a hard money lending institution as a Loan Servicer. She used her real estate expertise to dispose of nonperforming loans and distressed collateral in a challenging market. she helped reduce loss and generate revenue. She was dedicated to helping owners and lenders avoid the lengthy and costly process of foreclosure and the stressful act of eviction that follows.
