I am not a first-time home seller. The real estate agent to help me sell the house is on vacation, and I don’t want to wait. I find Guan to help me sell it. When he gets my house ready to sell, I realize that he does a lot more and spends more time on everything to make sure it is perfect. For example, he fixed the crack and repainted the bedroom wall without charging me an extra on the commission. I wish I have asked him for help early. I called a few real estate agents and met with them. I decided to go with the agent (a friend) that I know. For the reason that I don’t want her to feel betrayed. She has had my house for sale online for like a month. The first week has 5 showings and 0 offers. Long story short, after one and half months, I still do not have any offer. I do what I have to do. I told her I would like to find another agent to help me sell it. Then, I contacted Guan. He stops by to retake the pictures. Within 1 week. I have received a very reasonable offer and went into contract. I do regret that I didn’t choose Guan to represent. I have interviewed a few real estate agents that I found them online. I have chosen Guan to be my real estate agent. When I had questions, I called him. He always answers his phone or replies to texts. As a seller, I want my house to sell as high as possible, and the faster is better. My house was under contract for approximately one month and sold slightly less than I think. To start off, when my wife and I decided to purchase a home we were worried because we’ve never had a good experience with a realtor before, thus our expectations weren’t great. When our house hunt began in July we reached out to THREE realtors, and none responded within 3 days, thus after looking one last time we found Guan (who had rave reviews) and we reached out. That same day he responded to us and he never slowed down with amazing us with his charming personality, nearly overboard level of service, professionalism and willingness to do whatever it took to get us where we wanted to be. Despite being a sellers market that is saturated with hungry buyers he was able to get us under contract in our dream home in winter park within 2 weeks of starting our search with him. He made the entire process easy by providing us with staff to help us find the best insurance, the best mortgage, helping us get utilities started, even offering a moving truck and boxes. If you are looking to buy a house. I strongly recommend you ask Guan for help and represent you as a buyer agent. We were first-time home buyers and had a tight budget. We have reached out to maybe 10 real estate agents. We were told that we couldn’t buy a house with our budget. Until then, we found Guan. Our first call with him is almost 1 hour long. We have asked him a lot of questions, he answers them all, and he explains the buying to us. Then, within one week, he found us the house that we all liked. You will not regret Guan real estate service. Buying and selling a home is not a stress-free process but with his help, it was suddenly easy. I would say the most difficult part of the process was choosing a home but only because my husband and I had to agree on a property. Guan was patient, informative, responsive and always available. Within a couple of weeks he found us a property we could both agree on (and this was during the Covid). We moved in less than 6 weeks later. I then thought selling our old home would be a headache but he improved and transformed it in about two weeks, had it listed and literally had in sold in a couple of days- just as he had anticipated.

After 18 months of searching and having viewed over 40 properties, I was pretty frustrated and beginning to feel as if I would never find somewhere to buy.
