I was Born and raised in Guatemala City, went to The University of San Carlos in the same country and I graduated on 1995 obtaining an Accountant Degree, came to the US on 1998 I went to Berkeley Adult High School and Validated my education, graduating from High School later on the same year, I started working in customer service and since then I've been training myself in customers satisfaction, I'm so pleased to say that I have more than 18 years of experience working for my clients on many different areas of the beautiful profession of Sales !
