Guiselle is an exemplary profesional realtor, at the top of her game. She was cheerful and supportive throughout our sales process. The circumstances of our sales efforts invovled the house of a family member who died intestate. There are many more details involved with this type of sale to include but not limited to; presale inspections to include septic, leasing more than 3 dumpsters, major asset removal, trash considerations, assistance with disposing of 4 cars, minor home repairs, house washing, tree branch removal, after a storm, and subsequent last interior cleaning. The path was long and involved and required the absolute professionalism she displayed from February through to June of 2022. Whatever issue came up she had anticipated it or had a cadre of proven trademen that she could contact and get action. Much of her support was handled directly for the Estate Administrator living in a distant state. Not only does she have expert knowledge of all the paperwork necessary to get a home ready for sale but also the experience to know the areas that can fall through the cracks and stop a process in its tracks. In the final month of effort she not only handled our needs but the prospective buyer's needs with reassurances needed to get the deal to the finish line. The closing was done remotely with the Administrator signing all the documents in Missouri and the other side handled in Virginia. To my mind there is no better agent, who stands with either buyer and/or seller all the way. She is an outstanding consultant to take all parties through this complicated process.
