Gunilla Is experienced, professional, and thorough. About 10 years ago she helped us buy our first home. The purchase went very smoothly...we were very impressed. So when it came time to sell that house and find something new, we called Gunilla and the experience was just as delightful. The vendors she uses (home inspector, lawyer, other agents etc) are all top notch and a pleasure to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and works extremely well with other people. She communicates clearly, and politely. There were so many details to take care of, she advised us when, where and how to tackle all these little tasks and it made the whole process much less overwhelming. We met all our obligations and she helped us find the exact house we were looking for, in a very tough market.

Gunilla is exceptional in every regard and we truly enjoyed working with her. We could not recommend a service provider in any field more highly. Thank you Gunilla! :)
