About Gunta Sandmeyer
With over a hundred successful transactions and more than 20 years of experience in real estate, new construction, and interior design, Gunta Sandmeyer offers clients a unique blend of market expertise, creative vision, and a deep commitment to service. A licensed Realtor and Broker since 2002, she has guided buyers and sellers through residential and commercial transactions—with a sharp eye for design, functionality, and long-term value.
Gunta’s passion for homes began early, fueled by a lifelong fascination with architecture and interiors. After earning a degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, she launched her real estate career in the mountains of western North Carolina, selling luxury homes for a top new home developer. After starting a family, she relocated to Tulsa to be closer to loved ones and continued building her business—partnering with her homebuilder husband and eventually launching her own real estate firm.
Eager to deepen her creative practice, Gunta earned a degree in interior design and founded Boulevard Interiors, an award-winning design firm that helps clients unlock the full potential of their homes. From single-room furnishings to large-scale, multi-million-dollar renovations in Tulsa and across the U.S., the company quickly gained a reputation for timeless design and exceptional service. Gunta’s goal has always remained the same: to help people live better by creating beautiful, functional spaces that enrich their daily lives.
Originally from Latvia—a small country in Northern Europe—Gunta moved to the U.S. as a student and has called it home for over 30 years. She speaks three languages and has traveled to more than 30 countries, bringing a global perspective and cultural awareness to everything she does. A lifelong lover of art, design, and travel, she draws endless inspiration from the way people live and create beauty around the world.
Today, Gunta is based in Tulsa, where she continues to serve clients with dedication, insight, and creativity. From the vibrant arts scene in downtown Tulsa to the charm of surrounding areas like the Rose District in Broken Arrow, she is energized by the growth and transformation happening across the region—and proud to help others find their place in it.
