I have been selling real estate since 2001. For the past 24 years I have worked with a long list of clients and helped them buy, sell and rent properties. I have lived in the DC area for 31 years and I know the market well. In 1998, I graduated from Georgetown University. We have bought and sold a house with Gus. He is knowledgeable about about the Gaithersburg, MD area. When we bought with Gus he was able to negotiate the price down for us and help us figure out the closing costs. When we sold with Gus, he priced the house perfectly that we had a full price offer within two days of listing, and we closed within the month. He helped us to negotiate a rent-back option so we could stay in our home until we moved. I highly recommend working with Gus. He is a skilled negotiator, knows the market well, has great connections to get your house bought or sold quickly, and is kind too!
