Guy Duvall

Guy DuVall’s career as a real estate broker began in 2013. He previously worked as a general contractor for more than 27 years. As a general contractor, he specialized in residential framing and siding as well as commercial remodels. Drawn to the prospect of helping people realize their dreams of homeownership, Guy enjoys the opportunities in real estate to meet new people and make lifelong friends through his work.

Based out of John L. Scott’s Lacey office, Guy often works with first-time home buyers and move-up buyers in Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater. He also has experience with equestrian properties and new construction. His vision around servicing clients is for them to have a great, stress-free, and smooth experience.

Guy works extremely hard on behalf of his clients, never passing up an opportunity to provide stellar service. Due to his background as a general contractor, he has a deep knowledge of homes and how they are put together, which sets him apart from his competition. As someone who has lived and worked in the Lacey area for nearly two decades, Guy’s local insights prove valuable for his clients.

Guy’s interests include golfing, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
