Guy Gravett

Spanning a professional real estate career of 28 years, Guy M. Gravett brings in-depth knowledge of real estate brokerage transactions from both the buyer and seller side.
Mr. Gravett is presently a partner and the Principal Broker of BM Smith, a real estate investment, management, and development company founded in 1908 by his grandfather. In addition, he serves as a Trustee of the Claude Moore Charitable Foundation and Treasurer of Arrowbrook Management Corporation.
Prior to his involvement at BM Smith, Mr. Gravett pursued a successful career beginning in 1986 as a realtor specializing in land transactions. In 2004, he became Principal Broker of Farms and Acreage, Inc. after purchasing the company from his mentor, Verlin Smith. He continues as principal broker providing brokerage services to clients throughout Northern Virginia.
Mr. Gravett has worked as Buyer Broker on acquisitions such as Trinity Center, Lorton Marketplace, and Villages of Leesburg. He has assembled large tracts under multiple ownerships such as Piedmont, South Market, Harbor Station, and Chantilly Green.
As a Seller’s Broker he has helped create and implement a disposition strategy for such high profile projects as Moorefield Station and Arrowbrook Centre.
Mr. Gravett holds a Bachelors of Science in Real Estate from Florida State.
Mr. Gravett currently lives in Warrenton, Virginia with his wife and four children.
