Guy Matteo

Guy A. Matteo (GRI, SRES), a REALTOR® from Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, was the 2019 National Association of REALTORS® liaison for Region 2 comprised of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Guy began his real estate career in 1985. He is an associate broker at RE/MAX Preferred REALTORS®, located in Newtown Square. In addition to residential real estate, he also specializes in commercial real estate, subdivision development, and real estate investing. He has served on NAR’s Board of Directors since 2000 and chaired the Economic Issues and Trends Commercial Forum in 1999.

Guy is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, where he also served as president in 2011. He has served on the state association’s Board of Directors since 1997 and was named their REALTOR® of the Year in 2008.

At the local level, Guy served on the Suburban West REALTORS® Association's Board of Directors and as chair of the Suburban REALTORS® Alliance Board of Directors. He was named the REALTOR® of the Year of his local association in 2001.

Guy is a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame. He and his wife, Anne Marie, have two children.
