About Guy
Guy has sold hundreds of properties and millions of dollars of real estate in the Music City. Along the way there have been innumerable relationships with Tennessee Titans, country music celebrities, and corporate leaders. He’s been the “Preferred Realtor of Dollar General Corporate Headquarters”, “The Official Realtor of The Rob Bironas Foundation” and of former Titans Pro Bowl kicker, Rob Bironas. Guy grew up in Louisville and graduated from Western Kentucky University. After college, seven cities, six corporate relocations, and three careers, Guy plunged into the real estate business at the rock bottom of the market in 2009. “Nashville was an entirely different place and real estate was a completely different beast. I figured if I could make a living in that market, things could only get better,” said Guy.
Having specialized in consumer goods and sports marketing for more than twenty years, Guy saw an opportunity to create a real estate business based on trust and focused on integrity. Armed with that moral compass and the business skills honed at GM, Red Bull Energy Drink, and multiple IndyCar racing teams, Guy was well prepared to take on the challenges of residential real estate. Having an in-depth familiarity with the city of Nashville has been hugely helpful as well.
In his free time, Guy likes to play golf, fish and travel. He is also a hobbyist wine connoisseur and enjoys the occasional woodworking project. He has served as President of his HOA, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Greater Nashville Realtors, the Nashville chapter of the WKU Alumni Club, the Porsche Club of America, and the Bulldog Club of America.
