Gwen Bowers

As a native North Carolinian and proud resident of the North Carolina mountains, Gwen Bowers is enthusiastic about the state and the greater Asheville community. Gwen and her husband Charlie have had a second home in the North Carolina Mountains several years before making this area their permanent home. They appreciate the unique attributes that have allowed this community to receive numerous accolades over the last decade.

Gwen has been working in real estate for over a decade and has received her CLHMS, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation. Prior to her career in real estate, Gwen was a senior vice president in banking, a national speaker on customer service and time management, and wrote a workbook on neuro linguistic programming. Gwen also worked as an interior designer.

She and Charlie enjoyed traveling to Europe purchasing treasures for the interior design firm. Gwen has also collaborated with developers, helping homeowners choose floor plans and interior finishes for their dream home.

Gwen has a willingness to provide up to date information, communicate often and change course when necessary. It is her mission to help people throughout the world find the lifestyle they are searching for in the North Carolina area, or refer them to an outstanding Sotheby's agent where they want to live.

Gwen and Charlie work together in real estate and find that his experience working with entrepreneurs in his banking and stock brokerage business gives them a special dynamic as a team.
