They never tried to over sell me on something I didn't need, and when I mentioned a few address to a house that needed a lot of work, they let me know, so I didn't waste my time. I initially called Gwen because when I clicked onto her website, her smile seemed genuine and heartwarming. Silly, I know, but it worked out GREAT for me and my family. Gwen was relentless in finding properties that met our criteria. After a couple of showings, she was able to get a good picture of what we were looking for. She knew the areas we were looking at VERY well and was able to steer us away from properties that would not suit us. I could NOT BE HAPPIER in my new home. I recently was looking to purchase dome vacant land with a couple friends to set up for a hunting spot and we were wanting to at some point build a retirement spot to relax at. I contacted several agent and looked at several properties. although the other agents were willing to show me the properties they had listed it was Calvin who took time to show us many pieces of land some where his listing and some were not, but he took all the time we needed to view each one and was very helpful and paying attention to our wants and wishes. He suggested a property that at the beginning did not seem to fit our goals but turned out to be the best situation and land that fit our goals. we bought the suggested property and he was right there helping us all the way. This was very important to us since we live 10 hours away. he even went above and beyond by helping us to get set up with local building suppliers to get us started setting up the property the way we intended it. His follow through and knowledge of the area and systems needed to accomplish these items has been very professional. My colleges and I are very greatful for his attention to detail and the friendship that we have formed during this purchase. we intend to buy more land in the future and will call on Calvin again and again.
