Gwen Perseghin

Gwen has been part of JG Real Estate from the very beginning. As Director of Operations, she has spent more than thirteen years refining the company’s operational processes and orchestrating strategic interdepartmental planning to achieve a harmonious balance between growth and success. With a Master of Arts in Teaching, certification as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and in Data Analytics, and currently pursuing her CPM designation, Gwen attributes much of her success in solving business operation challenges to her genuine interest in puzzles and games. She is driven by a natural curiosity that compels her to continually learn and challenge conventional wisdom.
