About Gwendolyn

Gwen began working in real estate at a very young age. She started her career in new construction and became a Coldwell Banker franchise owner in 1996. Her experience also includes selling and developing large commercial projects and venues; residential sales and listings; residential new construction and building; and owning a large property management company in Enterprise, Prestige Homes Property Management, Inc.

She has an extensive background in real estate education to include a Certification from the prestigious Harvard Business School, which was obtained from attending courses at their main campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Along with her passion for real estate, Gwen is very involved in her community. She is a member of the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce and the Enterprise Country Club. She is also involved in the Coffee County United Way and various other charitable organizations. Furthermore, Gwen is a supernumerary member of the City of Enterprise Zoning Board of Adjustments.
