There's honestly not enough stars to do justice for the amount of work and care that Gwen has put in to making sure I found the perfect first home. She is someone I can trust to give me 100% honesty and transparency for buying a home. Gwen treated me like family, and I will never forget how much I've learned from her. I’m met Gwen the third week of December 2022. As you know, it’s a very busy time for everyone. Gwen was available to meet my needs and show me me two properties as a buyer. I ended up buying one of the properties with her as my agent. I liked Gwen so much that I fired the agent that I was going to have sell one of the properties I had and I hired Gwen because she was quick to respond to my requests and was very competent. The property sold in 30 days. She conducted open houses every weekend on both Saturday and Sundays, and I was extremely pleased with the experience. She makes everything seem effortless and seamless in all transitions. There are no loose ends, and she takes care of everything. She is a communicator with every aspect of the process. I highly recommend Gwen if you are buying or selling any property. I will definitely recommend her and refer her to friends and family as well as use her in the future.

I would highly recommend Gwendolyn to anyone looking for a home in Maryland. She is caring, attentive and most of all, thorough. She helped my family through the home ownership process with zero issue, as well as facilitated a rushed closing. She also proved a lot of patience while we looked for the perfect home. She provided excellent counsel and was helpful and knowledgeable with anything related to buying a home. If you are looking a home, and have never been through the process before, there could not be a better realtor for you. Working with Gwen was the best decision we ever made!
