Gwendolyn Sims

Gwendolyn Faye Sims has a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Certificate in Human Services. She received her Real Estate License in 1992 and in 1998 she received her license as a Real Estate Appraiser. She prides herself on providing quality and unbiased appraisals, she is the only licensed Female African American Appraiser in NW Indiana. She has received destination as ABR, MRS and SRES certification from the National Association of Realtors and is currently pursuing a SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute.

She is a Notary and Signing agent in the State of Indiana, a Level 2 Tax Assessor, a director with Pre-Paid Legal Services and a DBE Consultant for Indiana Department of Transportation.
Chairperson for the Michiana Chapter of the Hoosier Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and member of Women’s Counsil of Realtors Indiana.

Her mission is to educate and train communities to invest in real estate, promote economic development and help youth and adults reach their full potential. She believes it is a blessing to serve God, Family and her Community.
