Whether it’s photographing stellar interiors or showcasing gorgeous listings, Gwin Hunt has made a name for herself in the architectural photography and real estate space, servicing buyers and sellers throughout Anne Arundel County and the Eastern Shore. When assisting sellers, Gwin knows that effective staging is crucial. Preparing the home for market is very much like preparing for a magazine shoot, and her decades of experience as a professionally recognized interior and architectural photographer have made her especially astute at showing each home to its full potential. Once the property is ready for sale, Gwin launches a comprehensive marketing campaign designed to attract the most likely buyer demographic through targeted digital and print media. Gwin also excels at accurate pricing and results-driven negotiation, further ensuring a quick close and top return on investment. When finding buyers that dream home, Gwin is first and foremost an excellent listener. After determining her clients’ needs and budget, she analyzes property trends and pinpoints lucrative options and amenities in established and up-and-coming neighborhoods. With her unique photographer’s perspective, Gwin sees the assets and possible issues both in and outside the home. She also understands how challenging the process can be, so she keeps the lines of communication open while staying on top of all details and paperwork. After earning a BFA in photography from Savannah College of Art and Design, Gwin worked in the interior design field for two decades. Focusing on high-end properties in the Washington, D.C. area, her photography has been published in regional and national magazines. She also owned and managed a high-end corporate rental unit for nine years while assisting with the family’s interior design business. Gwin’s experience, talents and passion for real estate have served her well as a licensed agent, leading to a Rookie of the Year Award in 2017. When not meeting with clients, Gwin takes part in dressage competitions and enjoys painting and drawing.
