They are professional, hard-working, dedicated to their craft, such as understanding the local housing market. Moreover, they are prompt, efficient, and effective in guiding and providing useful and constructive feedback in selling our property as well as renovating some of our other properties. Hai is very knowledgeable in home and architectural design and pays attention to the details of our needs. The team takes pride in their work and in their home renovation and are prompt in deadlines and delivery of their work. They did not hesitate in finding solutions for all of our needs. They work hard for us so that we don’t have to. We are thankful for all that they have done for us.

Hai was an ABSOLUTE pleasure to work with. It was an arduous search with lots of constraints, but unlike other realtors we had worked with before, Hai was persistent, professional, and very accommodating in making sure he made himself available to fit our schedule. Hai also helped us with insights on the renovations that we planned to carry out after closing. His tremendous knowledge in real estate and market together with his familiarity in construction has made our buying/renovation process a stress-free experience.
