Helping makes Halee happy! She believes that each customer has the right to have a great real estate transaction, and here at Countrywide Properties Group, that is her job! Working as both a Realtor® and Transaction Coordinator, she has the opportunity to serve a wide array of clients, customers, and vendors on a daily basis. No matter who you are whether it be a seller, a buyer, a lender, an escrow officer, another real estate agent, or one of the other many groups of people we interact with, she wants to strive to provide a positive experience each and every time. One of her favorite aspects of real estate is the constant opportunity to meet and interact with new people! She is a local to the Eastern Idaho area and began work with Jeff and Ryan Lerwill at Countrywide Properties Inc. back in 2015. She obtained her real estate license in 2017 in order to increase her knowledge base of the industry. Usually you will find her at the office, nose to her computer screen, blanket on her lap, and either rapidly typing away or engaged in a call. She am also a bit of a crazy cat lady!
