With a nearly 20 year career as an award-winning marketing executive as her foundation, Haley Perry brings the expertise and creative precision honed from years spent building iconic consumer brands to every real estate relationship. Haley’s love of real estate runs deep—rooted in her childhood spent watching and working alongside her father as he renovated and built their family’s homes, and growing up in a lake community. Today, that early passion has evolved into a lifelong appreciation for design, building, and lake living. Having experienced the lakes of Connecticut both as a resident and an avid boater, wake surfer, and paddleboarder, Haley offers specialized insight into waterfront properties, the surrounding communities and the lifestyle that comes with calling them home.

Haley lives in Newtown, Connecticut, with her husband Chris, a Sales and Finance manager at Candlewood East Marina, their 11-year-old daughter Lilly and their mini Goldendoodle, Kona. An active parent in the local karate and competitive dance communities, Haley also enjoys volunteering with the PTA and supporting local organizations such as Friends of the Lake and Dorothy Day Hospitality House. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find her on the water, wakesurfing or paddleboarding, or in the winter, snowboarding and exploring the mountains of Vermont and New Hampshire with her family.
