My experience in real estate and related fields spans nearly 20 years; my time spent working in these fields has afforded me a deep understanding of the real estate market. An Arizona native, I was born and raised in a small town in northwestern Arizona. I also have strong family and business ties to the Valley of the Sun. I have a sincere appreciation for our incredible State, as well as, all our area has to offer. My Uncle, Ralph Haver, was a renowned architect who worked with the likes of Frank Lloyd Wright on projects throughout the Valley. His mid-century modern homes are coveted by architecture buffs. My father was an attorney and Judge here in Arizona, with a practice specializing in mining law. My cousin Bucky Haver, the first of his many projects, managed the construction of The Boulders in Carefree in the early 80’s.
My personal experience includes: general contractor, draftsman, certified plans examiner, marketing/service manager, property manager, licensed insurance agent, transac- tion coordinator, herding 7 kids (only 5 are at home now) & 2 dogs, and assisting my favorite partner in crime, Tom, with his plumbing company, Sunstate Plumbing, Inc.
