Halley Combs

Halley was born and raised on Spring Creek Mesa, and as with many children that grew up here, she took for granted how lucky she was to know and understand their beautiful part of Colorado. Halley grew up in a large family with a father who worked very hard to build a successful business in the dietary supplement industry. His company is still proudly located in Montrose today. At a young age, he showed Halley where integrity and dedication can get you. Through his and her family’s hard work, Halley had the privilege of growing up on beautiful properties, and in 1992 her family was able to purchase a ranch in San Born Park off Dave Wood Road, where she spent many unforgettable summers and weekends. She still did not understand how fortunate she was until Halley left the area. After school, she moved to Telluride to pursue her passion for healing and attended massage school at the Connecting Point School of Massage Therapy. Later, Halley traveled the East Coast practicing her trade. Halley eventually found herself in Arizona to fulfill a promise to her best friend that they would both move there together. This was where she met the love of her life. The first time Halley brought him to Colorado, he was completely smitten, and they moved to Montrose two months later. They now have a beautiful home back on Spring Creek Mesa and two incredible children. Halley is very grateful to be able to provide a real estate profession and give her clients the opportunity to experience what she was so fortunate to have in her life in this area. She is the first Montrose Real Estate Professional to receive training for luxury home marketing from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Halley has a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Designation as well as training in Water Law. She would love nothing more than for you to allow her to be your Montrose, Spring Creek Mesa, and Dave Wood Road neighborhood expert. Halley has been here for most of her life, and she cannot wait to show you around!
