Hallie Anzalone is THE reason why we are now in the townhome of our dreams. Having spent much of her life in the area, her knowledge of Santa Cruz’s various neighborhoods and surrounding cities is deep. We took Hallie on a house hunting journey she never would have imagined. For over two years she helped us look at countless townhomes and was squarely in our court through the ups and downs of making offers (and retracting one). She did this cheerfully and kept us going through a few disappointments when we wondered if we’d ever find the right place. Hallie never missed a beat with any research, paperwork or miscellaneous follow up.
Lastly, I’ve worked with realtors who’ve been over assertive pushing too hard and not aligning with my needs just to get the sale closed, some whom I would never recommend to anyone. A realtor’s focus is purely to do the right thing for their clients. My wife and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hallie, she is the consummate professional who walks the talk.

Hallie is always well-prepared, organized and one step ahead of the game. I loved that all my inspections were scheduled on the same day and she managed their coming and going so I didn’t have to. She knew who to call for everything! Hallie helped me so much with a lot of the little details, which lessened the stress of both preparing my home to be put on the market, and the process of actually selling it.
She impressed me by being 100% committed to presenting my home as the best it could be. Hallie helped me get the right repairs done in a timely and affordable way, and was key in making it look great to potential buyers! I’d 100% recommend Hallie to anyone looking for a highly effective, friendly, proficient, straightforward and easy-to-work with realtor.
