The best agent I ever worked with. Mr. Fearson is super responsible, fast and very professional. Before I got his service, my house was taking a long time to get rented. However, Mr. Fearson turn around this situation pretty fast and got both of my units rented at the acceptable market price. I thank God for Mr. Fearson he is a result of a prayer answer for my house! Honestly the best! He is very knowledgeable and professional with his work. He let the professionals do their work and answer every question we had. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and concerns. Being a real estate agent with a lot of connections is key in the real estate market. He makes the best connections with his clients and the professionals in the field. He takes the stress off his clients and we did not fully realize that until the end of the transaction. His hard work and passion deserves more than 5 stars, I highly recommend him for anything real estate related.

I got referred to kason through a great friend that he found their house for them. I immediately got in touch with him and he gave me a lot of tips to get started. I did not have any credit at all and he help me to build my credit up so when it was time for me to find and House , it will be easy. Soon as my credit went up, I got in touch with him and as soon as we got the process going, he got right on it. He was very professional always kept in touch always sent me so many listings and he knew exactly what I wanted when I told him exactly what I was looking for, I, he found me the perfect home for me and my children in a perfect environment less than two months I am so happy and pleased with his service. I highly highly recommend him to anyone finding a home in apartment or anything that you’re looking for he is the guy , it was a pleasure working with him and you will not ever have any worries at all and this was the first time me working with a realtor and he is the best. I can't describe how grateful and what a pleasure it was to work with kason Fearon , Kason was patient , willing , determined and very kind . When I became worried I was not going to be able to get a place in a reasonable time, he reassured me that my family and I will be in a place . Mr Clarke and his associates, we're very professional, personable, and I would not want to buy a home from anyone else. I am already in the works of buying my second home because of the ease, piece of mind Mr Clarke and his trusted team showed me through this seemingly grueling process.
