With over 25 years of residential and commercial real estate experience in the lower Hudson Valley and other areas of Rockland, Orange and Westchester Counties, Hamid has represented a full range of transactions, including the sale of estates on the Hudson River, including 'Pretty Penny,' former home of actress Helen Hayes and 'Lord's Castle,' Piermont's historic 30 room castle - two of the highest priced residential transactions in the Hudson River towns.
