Hana Hyams is the BEST! She’s kind, thoughtful, professional, and has a wonderful and fun personality. After only speaking with her over the phone we decided to go with her because of her go getter attitude. I knew she would work to help us find the house we really wanted, and she definitely delivered! You can tell she really enjoys helping her clients find the house of their dreams and genuinely is excited throughout the whole process right along with you. She made the whole process easy, fun, and less stressful for us. She listened to all of the features and style my wife and I each were looking for in a house sending us links to houses in the areas we were interested in and within our price range. We had so much fun looking at houses with Hana! She went above and beyond to get us the best deal on the house we purchased. Hana didn’t just treat us like a client, she treated us like a friend. Hana was so great to us during our buying experience. She kept us in the loop the whole time and as soon as she got any kind of information she let us know. She dealt with everything and ensured we had answers to all our questions promptly. She did research on all utilities and sent us all the numbers so we didn't have to. We had an issue arrise at the end of our purchase and Hana was right on it reaching out to the appropriate people to rectify the situation to the best of her ability. Where do I start with Hana? Right from the first phone call we knew our home buying experience would be awesome! Since we were remote buyers having a realtor that has attention to detail, and amazing communication is paramount. Hana has it! She was able to schedule showing both in person and by video and left no detail out! Even during the holidays she made sure to reach out and see how everything was going. She knew the area like the back of her hand, even giving recommendations on food choices and the much needed coffee! She is always personable and had solutions to problems before we could even think of them! If there was an issue, she had various courses of action to present when bringing forward the issue. Hana is absolutely amazing. We were first time home buyers and had no idea what the process was. She walked us through the entire process, answered numerous questions and helped us understand exactly what we needed to do the entire time. Not only did she find us our dream home but after the home was purchased she was available to help out even after closing. I highly recommend Hana not only for her professional expertise, but because she genuinely cares about finding her clients their perfect home. Being military we were located in another state and expressed our concerns about finding a home in time. Even when we were stressed she would tell us " I've got this" and she really did.
