In a market that is so white-hot that homes received & accepted offers even prior to their showing date, Hanieh stayed on top of it.
After a few showings, Hanieh recognized what appealed to me that I initially didn't note or was unable to put my finger on. With every showing, we were closer & closer to 'perfect' which indicated that Hanieh paid very close attention and kept her notes through the whole ordeal. She took my initial criteria and was able to zero in on several near-perfect homes without pushing my budget. I should also call out just how patient she remained with me and my frequent change of mind (lots of this ommitted here). Eventually we found 'perfect'. Great. But the story doesn't stop here. Hanieh worked very closely with me through the entire purchase process. In an industry that is dominated by powerhouse realty firms that hand clientele off to assistants, showing agents, coordinators, etc., my working with Hanieh was starkly different in that she saw the deal through from start to finish. Without going into too great a detail, she accepted my occasionally pedantic concerns in stride and helped negotiate with the seller right down to the day before closing. Buying a home is painful, fun, stressful, etc, etc. But Hanieh helped make it as painless as she could. After each buy/sell, I tell myself that I'll never do that again... But after working with Hanieh, I might reconsider.

5/5 stars, thumbs up, etc. Pick Hanieh. Easy choice.
