My family and I choose the beautiful city of Temecula for our next move. I then began to search for a realtor in the area. My criteria for a real estate professional was to have extensive industry experience, great communication skills, have great connections in the community, and to fight for my best interests. Luckily I found Hank who was all of that and more.

I came across Hank Greer’s website and I was so impressed with the amount of sales he had closed in the last year. Also what stood out and was extremely important to me is that he is a strong negotiator and treats my money as if it were his own. He did exactly that by getting us an additional $66,000 off the asking price after the they had already reduced the home by over $200,000. We needed to sell our home and we didn’t hesitate to ask Hank to be our listing agent. We were uncertain about the housing market and we put our trust in him. Hank gave us his advice and marketing strategies and after listing our house for sale, we were in escrow in just over a month. At one point we were doubtful that our house would sell at all, especially in our area, but Hank was confident it would. He knew it would sell and this was due to his knowledge and experience. Hank was always honest with us and kept us informed. He kept in constant communication and provided updates. His positive attitude was reassuring during the whole process. He makes you feel at ease and doesn’t pressure you in making decisions you are not comfortable with. Buying or selling a home can be stressful but with Hank as our realtor, we did not feel that much stress at all. In fact, the transaction went rather smoothly. Whenever we had questions or concerns, we were able to get a hold of Hank quickly or he would return our calls or texts as soon as he was able to, even if it was later in the day or on the weekends. We greatly appreciated this and for keeping us in the loop with the buyers, the buyers’ agent and escrow. It was important for us to close on time and we were pleased to actually close in less than 30 days, with no issues. This was our third home that Hank sold for us and he’s never let us down because he worked hard and always did his best. We thank Hank for his wisdom, honesty, friendship and professionalism. He is truly a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home.

Highlights:

* Experienced Realtor – Hank understands the real estate industry. Very well. He is a great listener and he stayed focused on our specific home buying needs without being pushy. Hank’s vast knowledge and insight into the current market and local conditions in Murrieta, Temecula and surrounding areas, combined with his years of experience in real estate kept us well informed and poised to submit offers. Hank was instrumental in helping us draft a strong offer that got accepted.

* Stellar Customer Service – We were on a very tight schedule to purchase a new home while our home in Northern California was in contract to be sold. Hank and his team worked tirelessly to fast track us on scheduling over 30 showings during a whirlwind 3 week window. When we could not be present for the final walk through, Hank’s associate stood in on our behalf, per our request. They took time to cross off all the verification items on our list, report findings back to us and without us asking, they sent us photos of the condition of our new home. We had great experiences with his solid team of inspectors, tradespeople, lender, cleaning person, dining recommendations. In fact, when our lender wasn’t coming through for us during escrow, we were really stressed out about having to switch to another lender on short notice. Hank saved the day again with a recommendation to his preferred lender. We ended up getting better rates and we closed faster than expected!

* Real Estate Progress App – Hank provided us a mobile app that gave us a schedule of critical reminders to help us stay on track, such as signing dates, when to purchase homeowner’s insurance, when to set up utilities, along with a full directory of utility company names and contacts. Super helpful! Truth is, not every realtor provides this tool for their clients. Yet another example of Hank’s dedication to ensuring a smooth and successful transition for his clients.

Seeing as we were relocating from Orange County to Murrieta, we sought out someone located in the area. From the first conversation with Hank I knew we would be in good hands. Hank deserves 1000 stars! I found him on yelp and after going through his reviews I decided to give him a call. I’m so glad I did! To say he went over and beyond is an understatement. BEST and FRIENDLIEST Realtor ever!
We, my husband (British) and I (German), had never sold a house in the US before.
So, we did some YELP and Google research upfront to see which Realtor could sell our house with most of OUR interest criteria.
#1 criteria was COMMUNICATION.
#2 honesty
#3 market knowledge and experience.
After contacting 3 top ranking YELP Realtors from the area we asked them to come to our house and present a market analysis for our house and a strategy on how to sell fast and for full price asking.
The first Realtor (biggest company in the area) called me during the week 3 times rescheduling and moving priorities and responsible person for the job.
The second Realtor (very top notch lady in the area) was very sharp and up to the game as well .... only....
That our choice fell to the last candidate, HANK GREER, since his presentation, market analysis AND cheerful personality was the best. He did his homework from the first second and provided answers to all our questions. He assured us that he would be available for us day and night.

Hank Greer was the BEST REALTOR!!! Our experience of buying our first home was amazing. I found Hank through Yelp. Based on the great reviews he received, I decided to email him and he responded right away. After talking to him, I was very confident that he was the right agent to help us with buying our first home. We are first time home buyer and totally inexperienced in the process but Hank walked us through every step of the way. He guided us through the purchase and answered all our questions we had when we needed him.

My husband and I live in Livermore, CA and was looking for an investment property in Temecula. I started searching online on some of the properties and came across a property we liked. We emailed about the property and a random agent contacted us. We really liked the property and is ready to make an offer if the property looks as good as it did in the picture. We took a trip down to Temecula and to our disappointment, it wasn't what we expected and our agent never bother to reach out to us again.
During that trip, we came across a listing with Hank as the seller agent. We called him and he was super pleasant and easy to talk to. I had such a good vibe and inquire more about other properties with Hank. Since we were out of town, we wanted to make the most of our trip. He sent us a listing right away and rearranged his day to accommodate our last minute request to check out some of the listing we liked.
Long story short, it took a couple of months for us to find the right property but Hank was always very responsive whether it's after hours or weekends. Whatever we needed or asked of Hank, if he couldn't do it for us because it's not his job, he would have a good recommendation for us. We find him to be very generous, personable and tentative. I could not be happier with the sale of my house. I tried for a month to sale it on my own when I decided to reach out for a realtor. My husband and I used Hank Greer for both selling our home and purchasing a new home. He had been referred to us by my son, who was very pleased with the job Hank had done on the sale of his home, as well as that of several of his friends.
Hank did an outstanding job for us, also. He had great pictures of our home taken and posted them on various Internet sites and held several open houses.
