After graduating from Rhodes College (then Southwestern at Memphis) in 1968, I began my career working with my father in the family grocery business, Hogue & Knott Stores. In December 1984, I transitioned into real estate and quickly found my lifelong profession.
I hold multiple designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Residential Broker (CRB), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Over the years, I’ve been honored with the C/L Circle of Excellence Award, the MAAR Presidential Award, and recognition as a Life Member of the MAAR Multi-Million Dollar Club. I also served as a MAAR Director from 2013–2014.
From 1988 to 2016, I was the first manager of the Crye-Leike Cordova office, later serving in the Franchise Division before managing the Collierville office from 2018 to 2019. Today, I am devoted to my personal production, bringing decades of leadership and client-focused experience to every transaction.
Beyond real estate, I’ve been a member of Christ Methodist Church Global for over 50 years. Judy and I have been married for 57 years, blessed with children and grandchildren who are the heart of our lives. I enjoy duck hunting, fishing, and cheering on both UT and Ole Miss—especially since our family has ties to both schools.
Though my oldest son, Trey, passed away in 2021 after a long career in real estate, his legacy inspires me daily. My son Chris and his family live nearby in Collierville, and our three grandchildren—Jackson, Davis, and Lucy—are our greatest joy.
