Hank Poburka

Hank has served as a Director for the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Services Corporation (PPAR MLS). He currently serves on the Colorado Association of Realtors Regulatory Policy Committee (RPC), tasked to evaluate proposed state regulations for their potential impact on Colorado buyers and owners. The RPC establishes and advocates the formal position of the Colorado Association of Realtors as it relates to prospective regulations and make recommendations to the Colorado Division of Real Estate or other state licensing and regulatory authorities.

Hank has also served as the Chairman of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors (PPAR), has been selected as Realtor of the Year, and served on numerous committees that have helped guide and shape out the Association through the years. Additionally, he serves and has served on numerous Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) committees and key National Association of Realtors (NAR) committees. He currently serves on the NAR National Housing and Finance Committee.
