Trey went above and beyond in so many ways helping us sell my mom's house in St James Plantation. we could not have found a better realtor. Trey was always there through the numerous repairs that were necessary he took an active role helping to coordinate everything from Landscape Maintenance even providing his personal trailer for numerous trips back and forth to the dump. WOW, just wow is what comes to mind when we think of
Stephie Grocott. It's one thing to have a great agent but its truly amazing when you have a dream maker to share your vision of the future with. Stephie is that person! We were purchasing a home from across the country. Pete Key was a realtor that we found when asked about a property in Caswell Beach. We connected & he helped us with all of our questions, concerns, fears, etc. We are new to termites, having no basement & coastal living. Pete was always there on the phone when we had yet another question!! If not available, he called back as soon as he could. I found a home, he took us through it via FaceTime & was honest about his concerns & positives about the house. He was a great go-between us & the seller’s realtor. From the guidance beforehand on how to stage the house for pictures, to coordinating showings that wouldn’t completely upheave our schedule, to the actual offer and negotiations, and finally the unexpected presence of mold during the inspection once we’d already relocated to our new city! Pete went above and beyond in making sure everything was done the right way, meeting inspectors, and doing things we never expected of our real estate agent to ensure that the situation was rectified and ended with our home still closing. Guiding our search for two homes from 2600 miles away, Pete Key provided information and guidance every step of the way. He is a great communicator and could not have been more responsive. He advised on what was good and bad on both of the houses. His detailed inspection of the homes pointing out what was a serious problem vs a minor easy fix showed his deep knowledge of every element in a house. He keep vigil on every new house that came available and identified if it was a good fit for us. He negotiated a good price in a very hot, fluid market where homes sold within days of hitting the market. He kept the paperwork and our interaction with the selling agents and the lawyers and banks smooth. He provided great contacts for building and pest inspection, insurance as well as contacts for the utility companies. Everything fell into place on time and on budget. His warmth and friendliness serves him very well in his role as a real estate agent. He is the hardest working agent in the state. You can’t do better than Pete!

Leanne Werder is my realtor, and she was fantastic.

For starters she was available round the clock to answer questions and visit houses. This was my first house and there was all kinds of things I didn't really understand (Escrow, etc) and she was patient in helping out our learning curve.

I would recommend her specifically to anyone looking for a place in the area. One word of advice: listen to what she tells you. After we told her what our budget was and what we were looking for, she steered us to a specific area and suggested we start there. Well after visiting every residence in the county, we returned to within 1/4 mile of the spot she suggested minute one.

Thanks a bunch, you rock.
