We cannot recommend Hanna highly enough! From our first emails and introduction call through the quick and intense offers and negotiations, and all the steps to get to the settlement table, Hanna was a compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional realtor. She was always there to answer our questions and was just a text or call away during our house search and settlement process. She has a wonderful network of connections with inspectors, contractors, and other housing and mortgage professionals that helped to make the process easier and help troubleshoot anything we came across. Hanna kept us grounded as well as making sure we shared many laughs and had fun throughout the search. We really appreciated that Hanna was familiar with the area we were interested in and understood the quirky character of the older homes that we love. We will definitely be working with Hanna for all of our future real estate needs!

As first time home buyers we entered this journey absolutely clueless, overwhelmed and a little terrified. From the start Hanna put us at ease, taught us SO much and guided us through every single step.

One of the moments that really sticks out to me is when we put in an offer in on a home, it got accepted!, and then we got to inspection and everything came crashing down (literally and figuratively). Multiple calls, texts and video chats later we decided to walk away from the home. Hanna helped us to make our decision with kindness, empathy and her expertise.

After our offer was accepted on our current (perfect) home we were over the moon, but also kind of sad to not spend every weekend with Hanna! We always felt heard and supported. Communication was a breeze. I would send homes I found and random thoughts and worries in the wee hours of the morning. Hanna would always respond (during normal business hours) to get us scheduled for a showing or talk me down. We formed a friendship through this process and have the utmost trust in our realtor.

If we ever finish unpacking and decide to move again - there will be no hesitation as to who our realtor will be! We will never be able to thank you enough Hanna!

A few things happened when I worked with Hanna: (1) she helped me purchase my first house, (2) she helped me find a first time homebuyer program that'll pay off my student loans, (3) we rekindled a friendship that was LONG overdue.

From very "strong" personalities, to the multiple times I wanted to pull the contract from sheer frustration, the warm feeling you get when working with Hanna created a bond that you could trust that you were in the right hands. I truly hope that everyone gets to experience what I did when buying with my first home.

Words cannot even begin to describe how wonderful Hanna is! She is kind, intelligent, supportive, and all around the absolute best realtor we could have ever imagined working with. Buying a home can be extremely scary, but Hanna made the process as smooth as possible- we could not imagine working with anyone else. She knows her stuff so well, makes sure you understand, keeps you informed (best communication ever) and is available whenever you need her. In addition, Hanna always gave us valuable information from sending easy to understand steps, articles, etc to help us understand the process, ideas, or any information that would help us. What really stood out to us is that Hanna always puts her clients first- the behind the scenes work never went unnoticed. I know she went above and beyond for my husband and I, and we credit getting our first home to her! You will not regret choosing Hanna! She is the best.

Full Review: Hands down, I would recommend Hanna as an agent to any friend, family member, or colleague looking to buy or sell real estate. She has an incredible personality, knowledge base about real estate and options for buyers, and an incredible motivation to help people find the home of their dreams.

As a first time homebuyer, I went into the process of trying to find a house completely ignorant. Now, I know all kinds of real estate terms, have made so many new connections with contractors, inspectors, and more, and am happily living in the perfect home for me and my family! This would not have been possible without Hanna's professionalism, responsiveness, and deep knowledge base. On top of that, she is extremely funny, energetic, and a delight to work with!
