Hanna is talented, amazing and knowledgeable at what she does! I cannot thank her enough for finding us our perfect first home. She was always positive and reassuring to me when I was feeling defeated in the search for our first home. I would recommend her over and over. She knows what she’s doing and takes her job seriously. Whenever we wanted to look at a house she made sure she was available for us. This is the type of relator you need! You will not regret using Hanna. I felt comfortable the entire process with her, she never pressured us into an offer we felt uncomfortable with. In fact she questioned us to make sure we were 100% confident in writing the offer. Oh and in this extremely competitive market hanna scored us 5k in sellers concessions!!!!! She also has the best recommendations and connections with amazing lenders and title company! We cannot thank Hanna enough for all the hard work she did with her team; putting together the marketing of my mother’s home and helping to sell it. She worked tirelessly and the home sold within two weeks. Hanna was extremely dedicated to us as if we were her only clients. As a wonderful surprise, at the end of the sale, she presented my mother, with a beautiful rendering of my mom’ home she had lived in for 27 years and this brought us all to (happy) tears. We hired Hanna to sell our parents' home. I have sold many homes "By Owner" in the past, but because this was a shared interest, we decided to use a realtor. My son and daughter used her as a buyers agent in the past. Hanna was so helpful to us in every stage of selling. From ideas for prepping the house, to being very responsive, thru the rising interest rate fear, thru receiving multiple offers on our home. She most definitely earned her keep! Hanna is one of the most responsive (with text) people I know both personally and professionally. She is creative with marketing. She is a great negotiator. She is an excellent listener. And she has a great sense of humor! There are a lot of agents out there who are not any of these things. So save yourself the frustration and CALL HANNA!

Hannah is a beast!
-She renegotiated a deal with the sellers and saved me about 10k at closing.
-She was taking my calls at 8am, and taking my calls at 10pm
-We started working 2 days before thanksgiving and 3 weeks later I was in my dream home.
-She knows her stuff and is very honest and transparent.

Hanna, a.k.a. The BEST realtor ever, was such a blessing to work with thoughout our entire home buying experience. Me and my fiancè were looking go buy our first home together when we reached out to Hanna. She was more than willing to work with us and got to work right away. We asked her thousands of questions throughout the process and she never hesitated to answer any of them, even if we thought it was a silly question. As a first time home buyer she could not have made the process go any better. She was always able to get ahold of easily and is very knowledgable about every aspect of the home buying process. Hanna also drove over 45 minutes to each one of the houses we wanted to look at and never once said anything about the drive even if we were only at the house for 15 minutes. She showed us a lot about the houses and even negative things she pointed out so we knew this wasn't just a simple paycheck for her. Even after we put an offer in on a house, she always kept us up to date and informed on what was going on and never left us with any unanswered questions. She was right there with us all the way up until we closed and even after closing she always made sure to check in and see how things were going. She looked out for our best intrest always and would not let us buy a house we wouldn't absolutly love. We would recommend Hanna to anyone looking to buy/sell a house because she is simply the best to work with and is very passionate about what she does. Her pride goes a long way and we will forever use her in the future if we ever need to again.

Hanna is the BEST! We were admittedly a touch complicated in establishing exactly what we wanted in this next home which I'm sure made the search process a little tough on her haha! What can I say, buying a home is a wild ride. Neither my husband nor I are first time how buyers, but we had never shopped for a house either. This experience was all new for both of us. Hanna was amazing! Cannot say enough great things about Hanna! We had been looking for homes on and off for about 6 months for our first home closer to our new jobs. Hanna stepped up seamlessly. She helped us through 6 different attempts at offers and viewed about 50 different homes together. She’s very down-to-earth, kind, professional, and goes way above and beyond her job description to make sure that her clients are happy. Hanna has been so patient with us (our house search took a long time) and never made us feel pressured. She was extremely helpful and responsive before, during, and after the whole process. She is very thoughtful, knowledgeable about her work and explains things well that we didn’t understand, made helpful suggestions, and put so much work into finding exactly what we were looking for. We had other realtors before Hanna that were nice, but we felt that they didn’t really listen to what we wanted. Hanna actually listened and made it happen. My agent is my daughter, Hanna Walker. I had reservations about how we would get along professionally because we are both strong willed women and have butted heads in the past. I have to say I might have expected some heavy sighs, a few eyerolls and maybe even a little pressure from her as a daughter however, I see now she wears a different hat in life and was a complete professional and I was so proud of her. Anyway, it turns out her strong will paid off. She sold my house in one day, which is not surprising in today’s market, however she was able to find me a new house within a week and beat all other offers that were up for this house. This is the hard part in today’s market. Purchasing a house. I had an agent who likes to win! I rate Hanna 10 stars out of 5!
