Hannah was absolutely phenomenal in the sale of our home. Her personable, communication was clear and understanding. Our sale certainly had some ups and downs with the first buyer backing out late in the sale… then acting as a dual agent in our sale, she was extremely courteous and respectful of all parties. Not planning on needing a realtor anytime soon, but would certainly use her again!!

Hannah should be seen as a friend who wants to help you fulfill your dream and find happiness with where you want to live, and she then uses her knowledge (very intelligent!), industriousness, and experience as a real estate agent to make that happen. Working with Hannah will not feel like a business transaction in any sense of the term; rather, if she is your buyer's agent, you will have fun "shopping" with her for a home, and if she is selling your current home, then everyone who attends her open house will have an equally enjoyable experience.
Note: one thing I especially appreciate about Hannah is that she adheres to your stated budget. If you tell her your budget is $X dollars, she will not show you a bunch of homes that are priced $50k+ above that. She honors what you want, and I really respect that.

Hannah was amazing. She was supportive, thoughtful, and professional throughout the entire process of selling our home. My family and I could not have been more pleased with the effort she put in to making sure we got a fair price for our home and sold it quickly on my timeline. I could not have been happier with the results she got us. If you are considering a real estate agent I would strongly recommend you give Hannah some serious consideration.
