We were thoroughly impressed by Hannah throughout the process of selling our home. We spoke with Hannah and then met with her at our home. Hannah spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding the current market, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Hannah made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should), like scheduling cleanings and lawns services, overseeing repairs (she even rented a carpet cleaner and cleaned a carpet herself), having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

When we saw our listing, we were blown away! Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer.

Our house went under contract 2 days after we put it on the market at 1.5% under asking price. We accepted and Hannah (and her father, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.

I've recommended the Hannah and the Baird & Warner Oak Park River Forest Real Estate Team to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a genuinely wonderful person. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor!

Hannah is incredible! She was a dream to work with. Fast to respond, flexible, honest, thorough and strategic. She anticipated my needs and always had a solution. I just closed on my first home with Hannah! I felt comfortable with her throughout the entire process. Hannah stuck with me while we looked for the right fit, and always answered any questions I had thoroughly and honestly. An unforeseen issue arose that caused us to have to delay our closing date. Hannah communicated with the seller's team to ensure everyone was fully informed about the issue and kept the situation stress-free for everyone. On top of being a great realtor, Hannah is friendly and caring and a joy to be around!
