Hannah entered the real estate market in the SWFL area. Hannah's love of real estate grew to loving helping buyers finding their dream home to transforming seller’s homes so she could sell their home for TOP dollar quickly. She faithfully puts her loyalty and compassion to work and represents her clients with the utmost resilience and integrity there is to offer. Hannah brings a different, fresh, modern, and new approach to real estate. She brings a sense of today's real estate fashion and styles, and helps her clients update their homes through the buying and selling experience.

In 2020 Hannah expanded her Real Estate knowledge and helped expand a team in Millstone, New Jersey. Her Motto is "your Realtor for Life" and lives on building relationships and making true friendships with all her clients.

Hannah watched her godparents run a successful team in Staten Island, New York. After summering in New York every year as a child she grew up in the real estate culture, and that’s when her passion for real estate truly exploded. Hannah knew from that point that her love for Real Estate had just begun.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband, living an active lifestyle by going to church, taking walks with her dog, and traveling the United States. The Caine Luxury Team has closed $200,000,000 in Volume so far in 2021 and has helped 400 families buy and sell in the SWFL Region.
