Hannah Gradolf

Born and raised in Athens, Georgia, Hannah graduated from the University of Georgia in 2011. Go Dawgs! From there, she moved to Colorado and spent the next seven years in the beautiful towns of Telluride, Boulder, and Denver, where she continued her event and hospitality career. After meeting her husband, Jeff, an Atlanta native, they found themselves back in Georgia in 2018 and currently reside in the historic neighborhood of Grant Park with their goofy Golden Retriever, Rylie.

Hannah has a true passion for building genuine connections with her clients, understanding their vision, and successfully guiding them through monumental events in their lives. With over 15 years of hospitality experience under her belt, she seamlessly transitioned to Real Estate and has been happily serving clients in the greater Atlanta area ever since. Hannah thrives under pressure and will continue to use her hospitality experience to ensure you feel at ease and supported in the home buying and selling process from start to finish!

When not working, she can be found cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves, planning her next travel adventure, hiking in the North Georgia mountains, or enjoying the incredible food scene that Atlanta has to offer.
