Jan Smith views her role in assisting buyers and sellers as more than a career - to her it’s also a responsibility and an opportunity to make a positive impact on other’s lives. Searching for the right community and neighborhood to match your family needs is her priority.

Growing up in Neptune and now a resident of Ocean Township, Jan feels fortunate to raise her children in a great community with fabulous schools. When not serving clients, Jan enjoys owning and coaching children at her gymnastics school, All American Gymnastics in Ocean Township as well as being the Ocean Township High School Gymnastics coach.

Jan holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire, as well as a Masters in Education. She is licensed to teach in elementary and Physical education and health.

Jan enjoys using technology both to communicate well and to expose her listings to home seekers all over the Internet. Gloria Nilson and Co.
