Hannah Windham

s a Client Services Coordinator for Denver, Hannah will support the Office and Industrial Tenant Representation service lines, in partnership with marketing and research departments, to create top-tier marketing materials and local data analytics. Hannah’s proficiencies include the organization and maintenance of real estate contracts, documents, electronic files, and CRM databases. Furthermore, Hannah will assist Jackie in maintaining office operations to promote a functioning business environment for all of us.

Hannah graduated in 2020 from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas with a dual bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Sociology. Prior to graduation, she interned at Cushman & Wakefield in New York City and at Stratus Properties in Austin, Texas. Hannah assisted with data entry and verification, market research, and lead generation efforts through the utilization of CoStar. Additionally, Hannah worked for a location-based social network app startup and a people analytics app startup on their exposure and marketing to a college-aged audience.
