Hany is a true professional who is well familiar with the Tampa Bay real estate market. Being prepared is, in my opinion, the essential skill for a real estate buyer's agent! And he has a pretty decent understanding of what he has to offer. For example, the day before taking us out, he often researched the properties to avoid wasting time. He is excellent at explaining what kind of home we can afford in the current market. Then he helps you narrow down your options to the ones worth considering, especially if they are in a high-demand area. I would highly recommend using him for all of your real estate needs.

Hany is such a professional, supportive and dedicated real estate agent, he helped us to buy our house from long distance. He did live tours to all the houses we wanted to see no matter how far they were. He was even recording the visit for later view. He was so honest if a house has something wrong that we didn't see. His only target was to have us easy move from another state even after we moved he was checking almost everyday to see if there is something wrong or anything we need. We highly recommend Hany Karas as he is so professional in his field.
