We had been in the midst of working on our house to hopefully put on the market in a year or two, but now suddenly I was on my own for this endeavor. After my husband suddenly passed away in early 2021, to downsize, I decided to sell my 4 bedroom home in Odenton, Md. I and my brother interviewed three Realtors and chose Ms. Harmony of Coldwell Banker, Chapel Way, Gambrills, Md. She is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and understood my needs & requirements. Her associate & brother Mr. Noah Kaye also shares similar values. He went out of the way to help me, with driving, technology etc. Although I already completed many home improvement projects, painting, decoration etc., Harmony hired a professional stager, who enhanced the overall look of the house. She also hired a professional photographer, who was keen on meticulous details. One of the greatest traits of Harmony and Noah is that they explained every step and let us involve actively throughout the process, including on fixing of the price and negotiations with buyers. Harmony/ Noah and her team are excellent communicators, and they are always available to answer our questions. With her and her dedicated team, I was able to close my house within 20 days. Harmony is diligent and hard-working, but the traits that make her a treasure is her honesty and stewardship. She's always going to give you the best information and guide you towards the best possible outcome-- even if that means telling you The Things You Don't Want To Hear. For instance, after a home inspection came back with serious red flags, Harmony persuaded me to back out of going to settlement. I had home searching fatigue and had fallen in love with the place we found-- and she could have just shrugged and kept the process going. Instead she continued to reinforce the reasons why I needed to keep looking. Today I have a great home and lots of equity. And that property, we now call "Ol Drippy" is still sitting vacant with irreplacable mold issues. No doubts about it-- Harmony will be my realtor the next time I'm ready to go home hunting.

We first met Harmony when she represented the seller of the home we bought 15 years ago in Bowie, Maryland. We were so impressed with her, much more than the realtor that represented us, and vowed to use her to sell our home when the time came. We were so grateful she was still selling real estate and remembered us in December 2019 when we contacted her. From our initial meeting in January 2020, we knew we had made the right decision. She laid out a plan/strategy that she executed thoroughly. Then in March, the pandemic hit. She made some obvious tweaks to the plan, but we actually listed the home on schedule, held the necessary viewings over one weekend and received multiple offers. All the while, Harmony had to deal with our rigid relocation company and a non-responsive solar panel company that were involved in the sale. Though frustrating at times, Harmony handled everything extremely professional. She was a constant source of moral support for me in getting our home ready and staged. Harmony even rolled up her sleeves, grabbed a broom and helped sweep our multi-level deck so it looked nice in the pictures taken by her photographer. Simply stated, she’s the best at what she does. We have given Harmony's name to friends and colleagues and if we relocate back to the Maryland area, we will definitely work with her again.

I can’t imagine trusting anyone but Harmony when it comes to buying or selling a home. She helped my Wife sell her first home in 2017 and we haven’t even considered using anyone else since. Harmony made my experience in selling my dad’s house through his estate as smooth as butter! She was spot on with the listing, the pictures and the staging recommendations, which resulted in multiple offers about the listing price. Harmony and Noah her brother/partner we’re awesome to work with through what can be a stressful process. Noah ensured my questions were answered and provided follow up to let me know where we were at in the process. I even had the notary for closing come to me which was very efficient and convenient since I live out of town. I would highly recommend Harmony Campbell to sell your house and I would use her again and will definitely be referring her to my friends in the MD area.

Harmony Campbell, of Coldwell Banker Real Estate is a phenomenal agent. She has assisted me with two purchases and will sell a condo once the renovations are completed. She goes out of her way to make sure you are getting your money’s worth when purchasing or selling a property. She is extremely responsive to any requests or questions about various properties. She offers suggestions for how to upgrade your property to sell it as well as when purchasing she will point out items that will need to be updated in the near future. She is very energetic, always on the go. She is passionate about making sure you are happy with your purchase and/ your sold property. I count Harmony as one of my friends. She always brightens my day.

Working with Harmony has been such a wonderful experience and we were so thankful to have her by our side! She is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us sell our first house and purchase our new construction home. Harmony is very responsive and always willing to help. She made herself available every day of the week and all hours of the day. We bought our first house with Harmony back in 2015 and had such an amazing experience. We quickly learned how fortunate we were to have her. Being young and expecting our first child, Harmony knew we were just looking for a starter home and she was always thinking about our future when helping us choose our first home. We outgrew our first home after having our third child and with Harmony’s amazing advice, we were able to sell our house well over asking price and got more value out of the home than we ever imagined possible. This really allowed us to build our dream home and Harmony was there every step of the way. We really appreciated all of her suggestions and help in building our custom home. Harmony still regularly checks in with us to make sure we are enjoying our home even though she is extremely busy. We have always felt so at peace during what can be a very stressful time when working with Harmony. We are forever grateful for Harmony and her dedication to us!
